As the owner of Lena Salon, my mission has always been to provide a space where my guests and team feel welcome and appreciated. I have been a professional stylist for 26 years and an owner/stylist for 19 years. I am a certified Wella Master Color Expert. I specialize in women’s haircuts and color. I love every aspect of hair color. From lived-in, natural looks to dramatic, look-at-me styles. When you are in my chair, I want you to feel heard. I want to know your hair goals, and together we can create a customized color and cut that enhances your natural beauty while maintaining your hair's health.

When I am not at the salon, you can find me at the gym or outside exploring. My family, friends, and pets are my everything. I am passionate about life, love, experiences, nature, and the environment. In a world that is constantly telling you who to be, I want to be me. Real is rare.

AMBER conklin

Hi! I’m Amber. I’ve been a cosmetologist for 22 years, 19 of those years creating my works of art at Lena Salon. I provide a wide variety of services. I offer color, highlights, haircuts, and extensions. I can also enhance your eyelashes with extensions, lifts, and tinting, as well as your brows with shaping and tinting. One of my favorite things to do is help my clients create a better version of themselves in every one of their appointments with me. Work with what you have and make it great!

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and being outside as much as possible. I have truly been blessed with all the amazing laughter and friendships that my years in this business have brought.

MINDY nitkiewicz

Hi, I'm Mindy, and I've been in this industry for 28 years. I found my niche doing eyelash extensions! Lashes have been my passion for the past 17 years. I love how they instantly transform my clients' looks without any makeup.

I customize classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume lashes to your desired look.

When I'm not working, you can find me relaxing at home with my family and 4 dogs, wine tasting, shopping, or driving around in my Slingshot. Relax for an hour or so and find your new addiction!

IZZY MCKEEN

I have 14 years of experience as a stylist and lash artist. My desire for continuing education keeps me current with the latest trends. My passion is making people feel more confident and beautiful. I’m certified in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and lash and brow tinting. I also specialize in women’s color, texture, and styling.

A few of the things that bring me joy are: enhancing my clients’ natural beauty, hanging out with family and friends, and spending time with my dog, Myah.

Hello, I’m Lisa. I have been the salon coordinator for 19 years. I love working with my sister and the girls at Lena's. I handle scheduling, sales, and customer relations. My goal is to ensure every guest's experience is terrific. You can always reach out with any questions or concerns.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends. Weekends are for fun! I also enjoy spending time with my grandson, Theo, reading, hiking, cooking, baking, and visiting wineries.

I absolutely love creating lived-in, low-maintenance color, blonds, bouncy blowouts, and hair that makes you feel like YOU. I’m a hairstylist driven by one thing: helping people feel beautiful, confident, and in love with their hair each time they leave my chair.

I am a coffee girl through and through. I also love makeup and skin care, literally anything girly. I love to paint! I think it’s so fun, and I love doing things that allow me to be creative. Family is everything to me! I'm obsessed with shopping and any excuse to travel!
