Scheduling/Pricing notice
To ensure that we’re able to serve you - please call salon to schedule an appointment. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
A credit card on file will be necessary to schedule.
A $50 deposit may be required, depending on service.
A service fee of 3% will be added to all credit card purchases. To avoid fee please pay with cash.
Cancellations
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
If you ‘no show’ or cancel less than 24hours before your scheduled appointment- you will lose deposit and be charged 50% service fee. We require prepay appointments after 2 no show/late cancel appointments.
Phones
Phones must be silenced when entering salon. If you need to take a call, please step outside. Every guest deserves to relax during their visit, and we appreciate your contribution towards creating a serene atmosphere for all!
Children
We want to offer the best possible experience for each of our guests. No children are permitted unless they are scheduled for a service. Children may not accompany a parent or guardian receiving a service. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you bring your child with you.
The comfort of our guests as well as the safety of your child is extremely important to us. Please schedule accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
